CONSTRUCTIONAL
FEATURES :::
1. These pumps
are driven by Flat Belt or Vee Belt. Suitable to drive with Diesel
Engine or Electric Motors.
2.
These pumps are also available with Double Pulley i e. Loose &
Fast Flat Pulley.
3.
The Direction of Rotation of pumps are Clockwise while looking
from driving end. Rotational Arrow also marked on casing.
4.
The pumps are robust in construction and rigid for vibration free
and trouble free operation.
5.
Casing, Impeller, Supporting Body, Pedestal & Base Frame are
made from high quality grade of cast iron.
6.
CASING : Centre delivery type
& side delivery type casing are made with split type and Volute
Passage of casing ensuring the smooth flow gradual change in velocity
for better performance.
7.
IMPELLER
: Statically Balanced single end suction and
shrouded type specially design for best efficiency
8.
SHAFT :
Made from high quality steel, machined finished accuately and
ample in size to transmit maximum power.
9.
SUPPORTING BODY : Constructed
robustly to support the shaft, Bearing, G.M. Bush & Casing,
with rigid grip without Vibration.
10.
STUFFING BOX :
Having sufficient gland packing to prevent leakages and Lantern
Ring provided to keep cool the shaft & gland packing.
11.
BEARING & BUSH
: Heavy duty & ample size of Ball Bearings
are used to withstand radial & thrust load imposed by the
pump. Grease cups are also provided to lubricate Bearings for
continuous lubrication Bush is made of good quality Gun Metal
12.
PULLEY :
Having ample size to drive at required speed and transmit sufficient
troque to the pump impeller. Flat Belt pulley are provided for
Fast and loose fast type pumps, single Vee grooved pulley the
pumps are also supplied if required by customer.
13.
PEDASTEL :
Sturdy & strong peclastel are so constructed to give long
& contmeous trouble free service.
